1. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and cosmetics), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
- Return request is raised within 5 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or opened products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased during sales or with discount codes (unless defective)
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@midmaacure.com within 5 days of receiving your order
- Mention your order ID, the issue, and attach clear pictures of the product(s)
- Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours
Once approved, we will share return shipping instructions.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock after payment
- Returned product is approved after inspection
- Order was cancelled before dispatch
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- In case of COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer
Note: Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before the item is shipped
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
